Shipping

Exchange Policy

Monkey and Chops – http://monkeyandchops.com do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any products, however due to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied. If your product is faulty, the purchaser will be required to return the product to Monkey & Chops within 14 days of you receiving the product. The faulty product will be replaced with an identical product, or, if we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product. Please note: Where the purchaser wishes to return a faulty product, they do so at their own expense according to standard postage fees. The replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product. Prior to returning any product to Monkey & Chops, the purchaser should make contact via email first (info@monkeyandchops.com) to clearly outline the issue with the product and gain approval by Monkey & Chops for return and replacement of the product.
